SGS Dance students took part in fun workshops delivered by professional dancers.

Helen Le Roux, who has performed across the globe with dance companies such as Hawk Dance Theatre, Company Chameleon and Motionhouse, led students from Third Year to Sixth Form in an exciting contemporary workshop where she helped them to build their technique and partnering skills. The students found the workshop really interesting and had fun learning how to safely execute lifts.

Meanwhile Helen and fellow professional dancer Adam Wilson taught First and Second Year boys how to do a fun and energetic routine during a contemporary dance workshop. The session was aimed at getting boys more interested in the discipline and everyone who took part really enjoyed learning something new.
